The hotel has its highs and lows. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and a Juliet balcony, but cleanliness was an issue with cigarette ends scattered about. The service was excellent with friendly and engaged staff, though the ongoing renovations impacted the overall experience. The location was convenient for the NEC, but construction work detracted from the ambiance. The dining options were varied and pleasant, while some areas felt overcrowded. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.

The hotel had some drawbacks like small rooms, lack of privacy in changing areas, and a leaking toilet, but the friendly staff and convenient location near NEC were great highlights.

The hotel is convenient for large groups to meet up and was perfect for the NEC and Resorts World. The staff were excellent but there were some room issues. The dining experience was overpriced, and the location is amongst standard buildings of the NEC area.

Rooms
7.0
My room was fine, but my colleague had some issues with the hotel manager entering in the middle of the night and the room not being ready on time. It was uncomfortably warm given the high temperatures outside. Initially, the room quality wasn't impressive for a returning guest.

Upon arrival, I was faced with a room that resembled a scene from a horror movie - a disgustingly stained mattress, broken curtains, shabby furniture, and a badly stained carpet. The bathroom wasn't any better with dirty sanitary items left around. The air conditioning was barely circulating in the room, adding to the discomfort.

The hotel room was spacious enough for two people but felt worn down and did not meet the standards expected from a Hilton brand hotel. It should have had a double bed and a separate living space for more comfort and functionality.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. The room was large and spacious with a great view of resorts world, which I loved! However, I found a lot of dirt and scrums around the room, which was quite disappointing. The service was overall good, but I had to wait an extra 10 minutes to check if my room was ready. The location was convenient to get to the NEC, but I had trouble sleeping due to noise. The dining experience was a bit chaotic with no clear seating available, but the food quality and service were excellent.

The hotel's location was excellent, close to the NEC and airport, making it ideal for attending events. The rooms were not as described and had some privacy issues, but the great location made up for it. The service was slow and had some issues with food handling. The hotel location is excellent for the Genting Arena and within walking distance of the train station. The rooms were spacious but a few issues like a draft and a smaller bed. Service was prompt in changing rooms, though lacking allergy awareness. Unfortunately, the public areas had some cleanliness concerns.

The hotel is perfectly situated near everything we needed for a great weekend. However, it does look a little tired, and noise disruptions from outside can disturb your sleep. The location is brilliant for quick access to various attractions and venues, but it's a bit too close to the airport.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were just not what I expected for the price paid. They were clean, but some details like a fridge from the last occupants were overlooked, and the noise from the beer cellar cooler on the flat roof made it hard to enjoy fresh air on warm evenings.
Service

The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. They had good knowledge of how the complimentary drinks vouchers worked, and everyone I encountered, whether in the bar or coffee bar, greeted me with a smile and was very friendly.
Location

The hotel's location was great for our weekend trip, just a quick walk to everything we wanted to see. However, there was quite a bit of noise disruption from outside in the early hours of the morning, which was annoying.
Dining

The dining experience was a mix of positives and negatives. The restaurant was lovely, and I enjoyed the Access lounge, but the service for £16 felt rushed, as my napkin and cutlery were cleared away before I finished my breakfast.
Facilities

The hotel facilities were good, with options like room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available, as well as pet amenities if needed.
